have ultimately killed my puppy. If I could rate this place with 0 stars I would. I am a new dog owner, I rescued a 3 year old homeless puppy. Not knowing a single thing about having a dog I made an appointment for her to receive the vaccines, rabies shot, and ultimately be spayed. I shared with the vet that I had no background medical history ragarding my dog. The vet supposedly did a "full check up" and she received all sorts of vaccines. They told me they didn't know if she had been spayed or not. I was told "if she bleeds, bring her in to be spayed". Two weeks later she birthed two puppies. If the vet really did a full a check up when she checked my dogs heart beat the vet would have definitely heard the puppies heart beats as well with her stethoscope. Thankfully my dog had no adverse reactions to the vaccines and the puppies turned out healthy. When I returned to talk about what happened I was told "So what do you want us to do about it." This horror house has terrible customer service. Please save your money and your frustration and go somewhere else.

I would recommend Dr. Goldstein and his staff any day without hesitation.

Really guys!!!!

The doctor that was with me was a sweetheart and so it was her assistant. But OH MY GOD their customer service just SUCKS! The lady on the front is rude, extremely rude, let you wait on the line for over 20 minutes (MORE THAN ONCE) I've been calling them since Thursday, they have the results for my Husky lab tests since then and today is MONDAY and I am still waiting a call back, or a call or anything!!!! (And I called Thursday Friday Saturday more then twice just so you all know that I'm definitely NOT sitting and waiting) Only the doctor can open the exams, I've been calling more then twice a day to get ANY answer and the doctor is always busy, you wait on the line more than 20 minutes till the front lady says "so, I have 1 person here but I haven't forgotten about you I'm going to call the doctor as soon as I'm done here" OH MY GOD REALLY?! IT'S JUST IMPOSSIBLE TO get a call back from this place. My husky is young and it's peeing herself and I want to treat her I can see that she is sad and I can't no longer have her on any pet bed cause it's all pee and they're NOT helping to help HER!!!! if it's a infection it's getting worse. And they have the results it's been 5 days and she's still hurting. PLUS, the vet just called me I was with the phone in my hand when I pressed the green button to answer, they hang up on me and I called back right away and the lady said " the doctor just called you now you have to wait on the line again" OH MY GOD! Worst experience with customer service EVER! PS: STILL WAITING TO HELP MY HUSKY.

The only reason my dog is alive today is because of Dr. Goldstein.

Every time we have had appointments the staff at the clinic has been kind and courteous and the treatment of my dog has always been gentle and loving.

They're thieves, they charge a lot even is you pet not need

My dog received spinal surgery about a year and a half ago. Dr. Goldstein identified the issue and got personally involved in getting Max an appointment with the very sought after surgeon who saved his life.

Isnt that weird that the only people that say good things about this place Have no profile picture?! They are just bad overall.. don’t take your pets there, you will regret it!! Trust me, I wouldn’t be writing this and taking time out of my busy day!

The costs of procedures and visits are always discussed upfront, and the staff even provides suggestions as to how I can make the best decision for my dog while remaining cost effective.

I would never settle for less than the best for Max, and he receives the best treatment from Dr. Goldstein and everyone else at Biscayne Animal Hospital.

I had such a terrible experience that could

After Max's surgery the staff at Biscayne Animal Hospital was constantly following up on Max's progress.

If you love your pet please do not go to that place, take advantage of your feelings. good luck. Charge 379.00 x nothing. They dont love pets, bad customer services and a thieve young vet.
