Just moved to the area. I miss my regular Publix. The nighttime assistant manager was clueless as to how to help me. I ordered a cake, was late to pick it up only to find it had been uncovered. Granted the cake was fine but how do I know it wasnt exposed to any germs, hair, dust... Why was everyone else's cake covered. And to top it off the "delightful" bakery staff was very unconcerned with me. Seemed bothered everyone left her instead of offering assistance in customer recuperation. Never again. I rather drive to Downtown and see my ladies over there.
Annoyed after 15 minutes just hang up. No customer service help at all.
The worst customer service you can find. Tried calling for simple information and was transferred over and over same department no avail. The one person tasty answered from another department did Not know the hours the departments close? Her words were "i have no idea"! Really? Wow!
Customer Service and staff are very nice.The deli is just super slooooowww OMG. Also the deli never have the spinach chicken artichoke pizza.why?
The customer service in the bakery was awesome. The lady named Dede was great. N young lady at the checkout was so sweet n helpful. Can't remember her name though.
My favorite Publix!! Best deli... best produce... best bakery... best seafood counter... best meat dept... if they don't have it they get it!!
