The doctor is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL when it come to filing out important documents.
I have been calling all day in attempts to make an appointment as a first time client, but unable to reach adult medicine ext. to set the appointment. I have called three different locations. In two locations, I was able to leave my contact info with the answering service which informed me that my number would be given to the appropriate department and someone would contact me soon. I have not received a call as yet.
The doctor is very nice but the wait is too long!!!!!
Even though most of their clientele wont know better to look at google reviews....I still decided to leave a review just in case. I wish I could leave zero stars but I dont think that's an option. I have never been more disrespected and dissatisfied in my life. I have been coming here ever since I was a kid and it has always been a disaster. I only stayed because it was close to home. I still remember the day I left school early to make it to an appointment and did not see the doctor until well after school ended. I highly advise against this place unless it's a last resort. They may not seem it at first glance but trust me they are very unprofessional.
