THE WORST FLOWER BUSINESS IN MIAMI BY FAR. THE LEVER OF INCOMPETENCE IS TOO MUCH! THEY MISSED UP 2 ORDERS IN A ROW! I THINK THAT THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. MY ORDER HAD MISSING ITEMS FROM MY VALENTINES AND WHEN THEY DELIVERED THE MISSING ITEMS THEY STILL MISSED MORE ITEMS. THE ARRANGEMENT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE ONLINE AT ALL!!!! THEY MADE UP THEIR OWN ARRANGEMENT TO DELIVER. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM A FLOWER SHOP. STAY AWAY!!!!
Worst place ever seen, I order a bouquet on valentine's day for my wife and I received at 10:30 pm, they called me saying that the delivery guy went home 1 time, but he never went bcause we stayed waiting for those flowers since 4 pm in the afternoon, I never going to order to this place...
