I am Absolutely sickening with this company and the worst to do business with. By far the worst rental company I've dealt with. My insurance set me up with this company after being in an accident. My reservation begin in August, and due to unforeseen circumstances the rental end up lasting a little over the time anticipated. I never budge or hesitated on my payments, they were made when followed up by the agents calling to make updates. On 10/13/2017 I return of the rental car after finally my car being ready , I called location 1450 NE 123rd St Unit 103 North Miami, FL 33161 at exactly 5:55 pm to advised I will be dropping off the rental. The gentleman I spoke with was very abrupt in rude stating anything after 6pm will not be honored at accommodated. At about 6:39 the individuals where still inside the store , they laughed and mocked me as I stood upfront, ignored me as I knock and knocked. I was ignored as if I was begging for a hand out or some sort of homeless individual. I have rented with budget, Avis and hertz and have never experienced such humiliation.

Our experience with Enterprise was great. We reserved a car and then upgraded to a new Chrysler 300 for an extra $10 a day. Courteous staff and no hassles.

So no the company , but some employees has problems about costumer service. Hope this help.

I got this place with my recervation number for this especic location just to find out that they dont have any cars !!!!?? Also I ask them help to find other location that can provide a car and they told me that their system don't allow to see of other locations has cars or not.

I use my own cell internet and find a location thet also send a person to pick me up !!!!

I write this just to say, I have learned my lesson and will NEVER do a reservation or any sort of business with such disgusting company. The fact that my insurance company partners with them, I will be looking for another company that does NOT.

I love renting ther services always great. They're very professional and knows how to treat customers with respect and dignity. I feel like home when I go up there. You guys are the . I been renting cars from enterprise for DA past 15 years . I was about to choose another company. But when I went to check those guy's . They make me happy again thank you so much I'll be back again!

I picked up a car from a different enterprise location that had a tire that kept going flat over night. I was told by enterprise service that I could take it to ANY location and swap the car because it was not safe to drive. I took it to this location and they started to process my swap. When they went to inspect the car they noticed a scratch on the fender that was there when I rented the car and noted on my paper work. I was then told the car was unrentable and they wouldn't swap it for me. I was told it would look bad for their location and upset a customer. The car was rented to me in that condition, I fail to see how that became my problem and not enterprises problem. It was also being returned for not being rentable because the tire would not hold air. He refused to swap the car and told me I had to return it to the location that rented it to me which was out near the airport. I asked if he could confirm if they had a car for me to pick up. He turned around quickly and said that they had plenty of cars, he clearly didn't check. The other location was much more helpful and actual cared about how they treated their customers. My advice: take the longer drive and go to a different location.
